What is the mindvybe™ Founders Unit?

The mindvybe™ Founders Unit is a limited, early-access release of our practitioner-grade, non-invasive nervous-system regulation technology, available exclusively to our founding community. It delivers ultra-low-current vagus-nerve and acupoint stimulation designed to support calm, focus, and restorative sleep.

 

What distinguishes the Founders Unit?

Founders Units are an exclusive, one-time offer.

Founders Units provide access to our most comprehensive multi-mode stimulation, the mindvybePRO, essentially equivalent to what is offered in practitioner or spa settings. This version of the mindvybePRO will only be offered to home users through this pre-sale.

In addition to the PRO-level modality, Founders Units offer unlimited monthly sessions with no subscription or additional fees.

At the same time, this technology is real and helping people and we wanted to make it available so we could optimize the product for home use.  If you’re in a moment of hardship and cost is the only thing standing in the way, please reach out to us personally. We won't be able to make concessions for everyone, but we care deeply about getting support to people who truly need it.

Is mindvybe™ safe?

Unlike other technologies, mindvybe’s auto-regulating technology prevents risks of saturation, or over-use. It may be used as often as needed without the body building tolerance and impairing its effectiveness. 

Is this a medical device?

No. The mindvybe™ Founders Unit is a wellness device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

 

Do I need a prescription?

No prescription is required.

 

When will my Founders Unit ship?

Founders Units will ship on a rolling basis in the April–May-June timeframe. You will receive regular updates as fulfillment progresses.

 

Are returns or cancellations permitted?

Because this is a limited pre-sale, all Founders Unit purchases are intended to be final. In the unexpected event of a manufacturing or shipping issue, we will ensure appropriate resolution. If you are not 100% satisfied with your unit after receiving it. we will refund 100% of your purchase price. 

What happens if my Founders Unit breaks?

Your mindvybe™ Founders Unit is covered by a five-year limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship under normal, personal use.

If an issue arises, contact our support team and we’ll help troubleshoot. Provided that the issue is not due to accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, cosmetic wear, or unauthorized modifications, we’ll repair or replace the device or the affected component.  

After five years, If your Founders Unit breaks, we will replace the device (or component) at 50% off the purchase price. 

Will I receive guidance and support?

Yes. Founders receive priority onboarding resources and customer support to ensure a seamless experience.

Will mindvybe™ evolve over time?

Yes. mindvybe™ is part of a growing platform of nervous-system and brain-health technologies. Founders will receive early access to updates, studies, and future offerings, including Innerstill’s non-invasive deep brain stimulator for symptoms related to neuro-metabolic disorders, such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and certain auto-immune diseases.
